Your Data Will Not Be Sold or Shared

Your personal check-in responses, goals, and individual entries are private and will never be sold to third parties or shared outside of the 10:1000 platform.

Collective Data for Research

General trends that reflect in the collective data (e.g., what practices are most helpful, common patterns in progress) will be used to further this work and improve the 10:1000 methodology.

This data is always anonymized and aggregated—no individual responses are identifiable.

Team May Reach Out

The 10:1000 team may reach out to you to share additional feedback, participate in research, or share your experience. You can always choose whether or not to participate.

Organization & Employer Data

If you are part of an organization, your employer may request aggregated data on trends and consistency (e.g., participation rates, overall engagement).

However, your individual check-in responses and personal entries will NOT be shared with your employer or organization. Only anonymized, aggregate metrics are provided.

What You Control
